TitleTown Events privacy

Updated November 6, 2026

TitleTown Events uses account and team travel information to provide event schedules, itineraries, team rosters, and nearby places.

Information used by the app

Account information includes your name, email address, password credentials, verification and recovery records, and signed-in sessions. Team coordinators may enter roster names, contact details, roles, jersey numbers, room details, event assignments, and itinerary notes. Your access depends on your account and team assignments.

Weather and nearby searches use the location you search for or your event location. Those searches may be processed by weather and mapping providers, including the US National Weather Service, MET Norway, OpenStreetMap services, Geoapify, or Open-Meteo, depending on service configuration. Opening external maps or websites sends you to that provider under its own privacy terms.

Storage and access

The service uses Cloudflare infrastructure for application requests, database and file storage, and account emails. Authorized event staff and team coordinators can access the information needed to manage their assigned events and teams. Do not put sensitive medical or financial information in itinerary notes or roster fields.

The mobile app stores sign-in credentials in device secure storage and can keep previously loaded schedule and itinerary information on your device for offline use. Sign out before sharing your device. Offline information may be outdated; reconnect to verify changes.

Your account and information

You can update your profile and use account deletion to remove your account and associated personal information. Shared event and team records remain available to other participants. Copies held independently by other people or external services are outside the app's account controls.

Account deletion instructions

For help with roster information or privacy questions, contact the event coordinator who arranged your team's access. Operational retention and any independently held records need to be discussed with that coordinator.
